A Calmer Festive Season — Reduce Stress, Feel Grounded, Protect Your Peace.

If you want this season to feel lighter, these next few weeks will support you to set boundaries, identify what matters, and plan restful moments.
We will explore some common Christmas myths, create some practical, helpful tools and see the funnier side of it in preparation for the ‘Big Day’.
There will be plenty of useful ideas on Facebook posts and a weekly blog to give you more insight and confidence around the season of good will.
There are also a couple of ‘top tips’ for you to download as a handy reminder and a live Q&A session where I will help you with the niggles or irritations of sorting out before Santa arrives.
The webinars are on 12th November and 10th December and will be recorded so don’t worry if you can’t attend on the day.
There will also be some free tools and gentle support to help you manage festive stress, set healthy boundaries, and find moments of calm, even when the season feels overwhelming.
If the festive period brings pressure, family expectations, or emotional overload, you’re not alone. You don’t have to force cheer or perform happiness. Discover simple strategies to help you reduce stress, navigate family dynamics, and reconnect with what really matters this season.
- Feel more in control of your energy and time
- Learn boundary phrases that reduce conflict and guilt
- Create micro-moments of calm — 3 breaths, 1 pause, 10 minutes for you
- Connect to what you need, not what is expected of you
